Live Bottom Bin and Metered Feed System

We designed, fabricated, supervised installation, and commissioned an air-supported belt conveyor, hopper with live bottom, and collective screw for a new particleboard plant in Vietnam, where rejected wood particles are conveyed to a holding hopper with a live bottom feeder. The material was fed from the hopper in a controlled manner into a collector screw and then pneumatically transferred to the boiler for fuel.
